A device for producing a film-like test body from a curable test substance comprises a substrate (1) on which a substance film (L) is formed from the test substance applied thereto. The device further comprises a film separation tool (2) having an adhesive surface (2c) with which the tool can be placed on a substance film (L) formed on the substrate (1), the film separation tool (2) being shaped such that it leaves a sub-region of the substance film (L) uncovered.
