The invention provides a wireless communication device and a corresponding method. A wireless communication device includes a network interface circuit and a control circuit. The network interface circuitry performs a frame exchange with the first wireless communication device on a link selected from the plurality of links. The first wireless communication device operates in an enhanced multi-link single radio (EMLSR) mode.
