The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a body noise data-exterior noise prediction model based on machine learning; a motor, a rectifier, a transformer, an inverter, a bogie, a gearbox and a fan serve as a body, and noise data of the body are obtained; and processing the ontology noise data according to the ontology noise data-out-of-vehicle noise prediction model to obtain an out-of-vehicle noise prediction result. The invention further discloses equipment and a medium for implementing the method for predicting the noise outside the railway vehicle.
