Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for evaluating the processing degree of vinegar moxa charcoal, which comprises the following steps: extracting vinegar moxa charcoal by using 20-90 vol% methanol to obtain a test solution; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, schaftoside, isochlorogenic acid B, 1, 5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid C, jaceosidin and eupatilin with 80-100 vol% of methanol to obtain a reference solution; determining the test solution and the reference solution by adopting a liquid chromatograph to obtain a vinegar moxa charcoal fingerprint spectrum; and evaluating the processing degree according to the number of chromatographic peaks presented by the fingerprint spectrum and the peak area/sampling amount.
