Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-throughput rapid detection and evaluation method for compound skeletal muscle toxicity, which comprises the following steps: by taking a skeletal muscle specific calcium ion channel RYR1 as a target spot, combining a cell line for stably expressing RYR1 with a calcium-sensitive fluorescent probe, and aiming at a cell line capable of inducing activation of the calcium ion channel RYR1 and detecting the compound skeletal muscle toxicity. Screening and identifying the compounds which can stably express RYR1 cells and lead to increase of calcium ions in the RYR1 cells, and further detecting and evaluating the skeletal muscle toxicity of the compounds; compared with an existing muscle toxicity detection method, the method is high in sensitivity, short in time consumption and low in cost, provides a rapid screening means for muscle toxicity adverse reaction in drug development and compound muscle toxicity monitoring, and has a good development prospect.
