The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a hydrochloric acid blank solution; S2, preparing a calcium element standard working solution; S3, pre-treating a polycarbophil calcium sample; and S4, carrying out inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum determination. And S5, calculating by adopting a standard formula to obtain the calcium content. The method for measuring the content of calcium in calcium polycarbophil is easy and stable to operate, the relative standard deviation RSD% is smaller than or equal to 5%, and the detection result is consistent with that of a USP pharmacopoeia method. 本发明公开了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定聚卡波非钙中钙含量的方法,属于分析检测技术领域。该方法采用:S1配置盐酸空白溶液,S2配置钙元素标准工作溶液,S3聚卡波非钙样品前处理和S4电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定;然后S5采用标准公式计算得到钙含量。本发明所述聚卡波非钙中钙含量的测量方法,操作简单且稳定,相对标准偏差RSD%≤5%,且与USP药典方法检测结果一致。
