The SNP molecular marker is located at a 194bp site of a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the mutation types are G homozygosis and A/G heterozygosis. According to the SNP molecular marker, the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite resistance of the Penaeus vannamei of the G/G homozygous genotype is obviously higher than that of the Penaeus vannamei of the A/G heterozygous genotype.
