Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a penaeus vannamei anti-ammonia nitrogen and nitrite stress resistance character related gene SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) marker, an amplification primer and application thereof. The SNP molecular marker is located at a 194bp site of a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the mutation types are G homozygosis and A/G heterozygosis. According to the SNP molecular marker, the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite resistance of the Penaeus vannamei of the G/G homozygous genotype is obviously higher than that of the Penaeus vannamei of the A/G heterozygous genotype. According to the invention, the SNP marker related to the anti-ammonia nitrogen and nitrite character of the penaeus vannamei is explored, and the molecular marker-assisted anti-ammonia nitrogen and nitrite breeding method for the penaeus vannamei is established by applying the marker, so that the breeding process of the excellent anti-ammonia nitrogen and nitrite variety of the penaeus vannamei is accelerated.
