Wastewater after preliminary fluorine removal enters a synergistic short-cut denitrification tank, and a NO3 -N denitrification reaction is controlled in a NO2 -N step through the synergistic effect of heterotrophic short-cut denitrification-sulfur autotrophic short-cut denitrification in the tank, so that whole-process denitrification is avoided, and the denitrification efficiency is improved.
