The server (3) is provided with: a selection unit (32) which, when an error occurs in the work line (2), specifies a remote monitoring unit (4) at which the operator sets the on-duty state to the off-duty state at the time point, and selects one remote monitoring unit (4) from among the remaining remote monitoring units (4) excluding the specified remote monitoring unit (4); and a transfer unit (33) that transfers error information to the one remote monitoring unit (4) selected by the selection unit (32).
