A radar radio frequency signal is converted into an intermediate frequency through microwave down-conversion and is input to a digital module and a main control module, the digital module is used for reconnaissance and generation of a baseband interference signal, and the main control module is used for interference time sequence control and sorting functions; when a radar signal is subjected to microwave down-conversion to obtain an intermediate frequency signal, the signal enters the digital and master control module, a fusion sampling wave gate is generated, logic processing is carried out, the signal is collected, so that a deception jamming signal is generated, and a suppression signal is generated through a DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) technology; meanwhile, PDW data is generated after the signals pass through a digital r
