The storage bin is used for storing a diluent, and a test sample is directly added when dilution is needed, so that the diluent and the test sample are uniformly mixed for dilution; the filtering bin is communicated with the storage bin, the diluted test sample directly flows into the filtering bin, unnecessary sample components are filtered out when the diluted test sample passes through the filtering structure, and the required sample components are separated out; the reaction bin is communicated with the filtering bin, the filtered test sample flows into the reaction bin, and the test sample and the reaction raw materials in the reaction bin can generate chemical reaction after the reaction bin is heated by the energy storage bin.
