Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of a novel sulfur-containing pyran naphthoquinone compound, wherein the novel sulfur-containing pyran naphthoquinone compound is obtained by carrying out co-culture fermentation on dendrobium crepidatum endophytic streptomyces sp. MG-F-1 (CGMCCNO: 28777) and bacillus cereus, and the novel sulfur-containing pyran naphthoquinone compound is obtained by carrying out the co-culture fermentation on the dendrobium crepidatum endophytic streptomyces sp. MG-F-1 and the bacillus cereus. The sulfur-containing pyran naphthoquinone compound is separated from the nature for the first time. An in-vitro anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic activity test shows that the sulfur-containing pyran naphthoquinone compound provided by the invention has relatively good anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic activity.
