Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of organic chemical synthesis, and relates to a method for photocatalytic synthesis of an indole benzyl sulfone compound. The method comprises the following steps: mixing aryl halide 1 with a sodium sulfinate compound 2, a photosensitizer, alkali, 2, 6-dimethyl-3, 5-diethyl ester-1, 4-dihydropyridine and a solvent, placing the mixture in a reactor, and carrying out a photoreaction under the protection of inert gas and the irradiation of an LED lamp to obtain an indole benzyl sulfone compound 3. Compared with the prior art, the photocatalytic synthesis method disclosed by the invention is green and environment-friendly, does not need a high-temperature condition, is mild in reaction condition, does not need to use a strong oxidant, is simple and convenient to operate, is high in yield and is more green and safer.
