Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of production of organic compounds, and discloses an ilobitrin A derivative as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the Ibrumectin A derivative is as shown in formula (I). The preparation method of the Irbectin A derivative comprises the following steps: adding a spermidine analogue in a fermentation culture process of a transformed strain; wherein the structural formula of the ibrumectin A derivative is as shown in a formula (I), and the structural formula of the spermidine analogue is as shown in a formula (II). The invention also provides a bactericide containing the Illicin A derivative and application of the Illicin A derivative and the bactericide in prevention and treatment of plant diseases.
