Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of separation and purification of ceramide, in particular to a method for separating and purifying ceramide in soy sauce residues, which comprises the following steps: carrying out low-temperature continuous phase change extraction on the soy sauce residues by using ethanol to obtain an alcohol extract of the soy sauce residues; then, the alcohol extract is subjected to forward silica gel chromatography and liquid chromatography separation, the ceramide composition is obtained, and reverse silica gel is used for filling a column for liquid chromatography separation. According to the method for separating and purifying ceramide in the soy sauce residues, provided by the invention, continuous phase-change extraction is utilized, and then a method of combining a forward silica gel chromatographic column and a reverse silica gel chromatographic column is adopted, so that a ceramide composition with relatively high purity is obtained through separation.
