The Fe-Zn bimetal organic framework antibacterial micron acanthosphere prepared by the method has excellent light response performance in both a visible region and a near-infrared region, under the irradiation of a composite light source, sufficient ROS can be generated at a mild temperature, bacteria are rapidly and efficiently killed in a synergistic manner, and wound infection healing is promoted. 本发明公开了一种兼具光热、光动力效应的金属有机骨架抗菌微米刺球,所述金属有机骨架抗菌微米刺球为二水合亚硝基五氰合亚铁酸锌;抗菌微米刺球的尺寸为1-3μm。本发明制备得到的Fe-Zn双金属有机骨架抗菌微米刺球在可见光区和近红外区均具有优异的光响应性能,在复合光源照射下,可实现在温和温度下产生足量的ROS,快速高效协同杀灭细菌并促进伤口感染愈合。
