Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for producing magnesium oxide and co-producing methanol by hydrogenation reduction refining of magnesium carbonate. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out reduction refining on magnesium carbonate under the conditions of green hydrogen atmosphere and different roasting temperatures to produce magnesium oxide; and (2) converting carbon resources in carbonate into methane and carbon monoxide through reduction refining, and producing high value-added chemicals such as methanol and the like with excessive hydrogen under mild conditions.
