Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pH response type double-controlled-release antibacterial-osteogenesis-promoting titanium-based implant as well as a preparation method and application of the pH response type double-controlled-release antibacterial-osteogenesis-promoting titanium-based implant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: constructing a titanium dioxide nanotube coating structure on a titanium-based surface by utilizing an anodic oxidation method, grafting PMAA (Polymethyl Acrylic Acid) by utilizing dopamine to a part of nanotubes and grafting His50 polypeptide to the other part of nanotubes, and finally loading HHC36 and kaempferol to obtain the pH-responsive dual-controlled-release antibacterial-osteogenesis-promoting titanium-based implant.
