The invention provides an application of a substance capable of inhibiting hnRNPK expression in preparation of a nasopharynx cancer chemotherapy sensitizer. The research finds that the hnRNPK molecule can be used as a new therapeutic target for nasopharyngeal carcinoma chemotherapy resistance, the expression of hnRNPK is inhibited, the chemotherapy effect of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is remarkably enhanced, and the chemotherapy sensitization effect is achieved.
