The method comprises the following steps: selecting a heat-resistant rice variety and a drought-resistant rice variety; hybridizing heat-resistant rice and drought-resistant rice to obtain F1 bags; the F1-generation seeds and heat-resistant rice seeds are sown at the same time, and seedling cultivation is conducted under the appropriate growth condition of rice to obtain an F2-generation; carrying out selfing on the F2 generation twice; and carrying out heat-resistant treatment on a part of strains by setting heat-resistant conditions before the booting stage and in the booting stage, and the like.
