The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a vehicle-mounted image; performing target detection on the vehicle-mounted image to mark a target detection point; performing bounding box segmentation on the target detection point to generate target bounding box data; performing optical flow tracking on the target bounding box data through the vehicle-mounted image to generate a feature bounding box sequence; performing dynamic evolution analysis on the feature bounding box sequence to generate dynamic evolution data; based on the dynamic evolution data, performing time sequence bit plane fracture processing on the vehicle-mounted image to generate a dynamic multi-dimensional bit plane image; carrying out topological manifold deformation analysis on the dynamic multi-dimensional plane image to generate topological evolution characteristic data; performing topological per
