The self-driving well creating method comprises the steps that whether the trend of cracks of an oil and gas reservoir drilled by a well within a set range meets the consistent condition or not is judged; if yes, the first main direction of the trend of the crack is determined, a multilateral well section is drilled on the well side in the oil and gas reservoir in the direction perpendicular to the first main direction, staged fracturing is conducted on the multilateral well section, an injection area and an extraction area are divided within a set range, and the crack in the injection area is communicated with an injection channel in a shaft of the well; the cracks in the extraction area are communicated with an extraction channel in the shaft; and if not, at least two branch well sections are drilled on the well side in the oil and gas reserv
