Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a short-process same-stage recycling method for a waste nickel-based superalloy. The method comprises the following steps: adding calcium into the waste nickel-based superalloy, re-smelting to obtain an alloy ingot, and then carrying out heat treatment. According to the method, the waste nickel-based superalloy is subjected to heat treatment after calcium is added for remelting, so that an oxide inclusion phase can be effectively removed, the plasticity of the remelted alloy is obviously improved, and the purpose of same-level utilization is achieved on the basis of short-process recovery of the waste nickel-based superalloy. On the whole, valuable metal can be recycled, resources are saved, and pollution is reduced; the recycling cycle of the nickel-based superalloy is shortened, and the process is simplified; and on the basis of a short process, the performance of the remelted alloy is improved, and the plasticity which is the same as or higher than that of a standard alloy is achieve |
