Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for stabilizing an exosome by using a microfilament-imitated DNA self-assembled grid coating, which comprises the following steps: imitating a protein building block by using a DNA nanostructure, anchoring a tetrahedral DNA nanostructure (TDN) simulating binding protein to the surface of an exosome membrane, and recruiting a DNA hairpin structure (H1amp; h2), and forming the three-dimensional DNA nanowire between the tetrahedrons through a hybridization chain reaction (HCR). The nanowires on the surface of the exosome are mutually cross-linked and assembled to form a DNA network structure through the hybridization effect of the palindromic terminal on the hairpin structure. The method is simple to operate, does not need any complex operation or harsh reaction conditions, and can effectively maintain the stability of the exosome in long-term storage and resist adverse conditions while considering the accessibility of the exosome surface protein.
