The invention discloses a method for preparing briquette fuel charcoal and generating substance oil and fuel gas in parallel by utilizing biomass catalytic pyrolysis. The process comprises the following steps: (1) crushing and grinding biomass into uniform particle samples; (2) mixing the catalyst and the sample, and then drying, pyrolyzing and coking in a reactor; (3) collecting the solid carbon, adding diluted hydrochloric acid and deionized water for washing, adding a binder, feeding into molding equipment for compression molding, and finally curing and drying to obtain molded fuel carbon; and (4) carrying out dichloromethane extraction on a liquid product collected by the condensing device, removing an upper-layer water phase to obtain biomass oil, and collecting a gaseous product through an aluminum foil air bag at the tail end of the reaction device.
