Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of polymer blending and polymer forming processing, in particular to a wear-resistant PC alloy material and a preparation method thereof, and the material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of PC resin; 25 to 40 parts of a modified PSF-PBT copolymer; 5 to 10 parts of a toughening agent; and 0.1-1 part of a lubricant, an antioxidant and an ultraviolet absorbent. Compared with the prior art, the material has the advantages that the wear resistance of the material is greatly improved, the PBT section and the base material PC resin are subjected to slight ester exchange, the compatibility of the PBT section and the base material PC resin is enhanced, and the good appearance of the product is ensured. 本发明涉及高分子共混、高分子成型加工领域,具体涉及一种耐磨PC合金材料及其制备方法,所述材料包括以下重量份的组分:PC树脂:40-70份;改性PSF-PBT共聚物:25-40份;增韧剂:5-10份;润滑剂、抗氧剂和紫外吸收剂:0.1-1份。与现有技术相比,本发明具有大幅提高了材料的耐磨性能,同时PBT段与基材PC树脂发生轻微酯交换,增强了两者的相容性,保证了产品的外观面良好等优点。
