Synthesis method of citicoline

The invention provides a synthesis method of citicoline, and belongs to the technical field of chemical synthesis. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: (1) in a solvent, in the presence of a condensing agent, carrying out condensation reaction on cytidine monophosphate and morpholine, and then adding sodium salt to form salt and crystallize to prepare 5 '-phosphorylmorpholinyl cytidine sodium; (2) carrying out condensation reaction on the 5 '-phosphorylmorpholinyl cytidine sodium and choline chloride phosphate calcium salt in a solvent under the action of a catalyst to prepare citicoline sodium; and (3) dissolving citicoline sodium in water, and acidifying and crystallizing to obtain citicoline.
