Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of flotation reagent preparation, and particularly discloses a method for preparing xanthate through brine circulation, which comprises the following steps: step (1): carrying out xanthation reaction on a raw material solution containing fatty alcohol, potassium hydroxide, carbon disulfide and water; (2) adding halogenated carboxylic acid into the reaction system in the step (1), carrying out esterification reaction, and then carrying out oil-water separation to obtain xanthate and potassium halide salt water; and (3) circulating the potassium halide salt water directly or serving as a water source after solid-liquid separation to the step (1) for preparing xanthate. The invention further comprises co-production preparation and application of the thionocarbamate and the trithiocarbonate carboxylate.
