According to the method, a supported microbial agent and an adsorbent are assisted to provide strains, a high-quality fermentation reaction environment is created to enhance the degradation of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, a modified conditioner is used for enriching nutrients in compost and improving the defects caused by the supported microbial agent and the adsorbent, and the antibiotics in the feces are fully degraded. 本发明公开了一种畜禽粪污的微生物降解抗生素的方法。该方法利用负载菌剂辅以吸附剂提供菌株，创造发酵优质反应环境加强氟喹诺酮类抗生素降解，利用改性调理剂富足堆肥中养分并改善负载菌剂和吸附剂导致的缺陷，充分降解粪污中的抗生素。
