Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a submerged-arc welding process suitable for welding high-manganese steel and 9Ni dissimilar steel, which comprises the following steps: 1) welding wires are connected with the high-manganese steel and the 9Ni dissimilar steel by adopting a submerged-arc welding method, and the thickness T of a steel plate of the high-manganese steel is 16-40mm; (2) symmetrical X-shaped grooves are adopted, the angle of each groove is 60-70 degrees, the length of each truncated edge is 0-2 mm, and a gap of 0-2 mm is reserved for groove assembly; (3) preheating is not conducted before welding, the interlayer temperature is smaller than or equal to 120 DEG C, and back gouging treatment is conducted before back face welding; and (4) submerged arc welding is adopted, the welding current ranges from 320 A to 430 A, the arc voltage ranges from 23 V to 28 V, the welding speed ranges from 27 cm/min to 32 cm/min, and the welding heat input ranges from 14 kJ/cm to 26 kJ/cm until welding is completed.
