The method comprises the following steps: firstly processing a metal matrix, then processing a groove in the surface of the metal matrix, then spraying a nano ceramic material on the surface of the groove, and finally forming a ceramic coating on the surface of the groove. It can be seen that the pipeline gasket prepared through the method is composed of the metal matrix and the ceramic coating, compared with a ceramic material, metal is high in heat dissipation performance, resistant to high temperature and not prone to being affected by welding high temperature, and therefore the welding quality can be improved by combining the metal material and the ceramic material to prepare the pipeline gasket.
