Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of gastrodin in preparation of a JAK2-STAT3 signal channel inhibitor and a medicine for resisting cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. An SD rat middle cerebral artery cerebral ischemia (MCAO) model is constructed through a suture method, a sugar oxygen deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) model of BMEC cells is constructed in vitro, intervention is performed through gastrodin of different concentrations, and expression conditions of JAK2, STAT3, phosphorylated JAK2, phosphorylated STAT3 and oxidative stress and apoptosis levels before and after gastrodin intervention are detected. The result shows that the gastrodin can improve the ischemic cerebral apoplexy disease, and the effect is closely related to the regulation and control of the JAK2-STAT3 signal channel by the gastrodin; the invention can provide a new strategy for treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis patients, and lays a foundation for research and development of traditional Chinese medicines.
