Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for producing an oyster mushroom semi-cooked material culture medium by using traditional Chinese medicine residues, and relates to the technical field of oyster mushroom culture medium preparation. Comprising the following steps: step 1, preparing raw materials of a culture medium, wherein the used raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 50-60% of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 10-15% of cottonseed hulls, 20-25% of corncobs, 9-10% of bran, 1-2% of white lime, 1.1-1.2% of a nutritional agent, 0.1-0.2% of a bactericide and the balance of water; and step 2, piling the traditional Chinese medicine residues for fermentation for evaporating alcohol, or purifying alcohol by adopting high pressure to achieve the effect of removing alcohol in the traditional Chinese medicine residues.
