Zusammenfassung:In the measurement of stress or strain in a sample (1), excitation light is irradiated to a test sheet (90) affixed to the sample (1). A test sheet (90) is provided with a base material layer (92) containing a polymer material, and a stress light-emitting layer (91) formed on the base material layer (92). The stress light-emitting layer (91) contains a stress light-emitting material.
