Zusammenfassung:	The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an adhesive multilayer sheet which comprises an adhesive agent layer containing an acid-modified polyolefin and a base material layer containing a polyphenylene ether, and which has high peel strength between layers. A multilayer sheet according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a base material layer (A) containing polyphenylene ether; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B containing an acid-modified polyolefin, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer C containing a polyolefin/polyphenylene ether alloy is also included between the substrate layer A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B. 本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种多层片材，该多层片材为包含含有酸改性聚烯烃的粘合剂层和含有聚苯醚的基材层的粘合性多层片材，且层间的剥离强度高。本发明的多层片材，其特征在于，包含含有聚苯醚的基材层A；和含有酸改性聚烯烃的粘合剂层B，在所述基材层A和所述粘合剂层B之间，还包含含有聚烯烃/聚苯醚系合金的粘合层C。
