The invention relates to a waterproof cover and electronic equipment, and the waterproof cover is used for preventing water from corroding the top of a plate cabinet, and comprises a supporting assembly and a waterproof layer. The supporting assembly has an unfolded state of forming an umbrella-shaped structure after being unfolded and a folded state of forming a conical structure after being folded.
