Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an ultraviolet curing nanoimprint adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The ultraviolet-cured nano imprinting adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 20 parts of resin, 5 to 10 parts of modified polyurethane resin, 1 to 5 parts of an ultraviolet light initiator, 1 to 3 parts of polyacrylamide, 1 to 3 parts of nano silicon dioxide aerosol, 30 to 50 parts of ethylene glycol monoisopropyl ether, 10 to 15 parts of a reactive diluent, 10 to 20 parts of a surfactant and 5 to 10 parts of a stabilizer. According to the invention, the cationic surfactant octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and the polyacrylamide are used in a compatible manner, so that the prepared nano-imprinting adhesive is low in surface energy, good in filling property, high in curing speed, resistant to etching, capable of being smoothly demoulded and protecting a template, and capable of preparing high-resolution nano-patterns; and only the problems of low surface energy and good |
