The method for realizing accurate time synchronization and clock holding by using the GNSS comprises the following steps: acquiring GNSS signal data; according to the GNSS signal time synchronization evaluation data, constructing a GNSS signal time synchronization comprehensive evaluation model; and obtaining a GNSS signal time synchronization comprehensive evaluation coefficient, comparing the GNSS signal time synchronization comprehensive evaluation coefficient with a predefined GNSS signal time synchronization comprehensive evaluation coefficient, and performing analysis and adjustment.
