Compared with the prior art, the sensor provided by the invention has the advantages that the CR3022 antibody is fixed on the surface of the antimonene layer, the antibody can be specifically combined with spike glycoprotein on the surface of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and the combination of the antibody and the spike glycoprotein causes the change of the refractive index, so that the change of the SPR resonance angle is obtained; secondly, the sensing medium of the sensor provided by the invention also can realize the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus with lower concentration, the response is quick, and the real-time monitoring can be realized; moreover, the sensor is provided with the antimonene layer, antimonene has good molecular adsorption capacity and more delocalized 5s/5p orbits, higher binding energy and a larger work function are shown after biomolecules are stably adsorbed, and high-sensitivity detection |
