The invention relates to a separator high-speed dynamic balance test system which comprises a water circulation pipeline system, an oil circulation pipeline system and a separator dynamic balance device, and the water circulation pipeline system is connected with a test piece rotary drum of the separator dynamic balance device and used for driving a test piece rotary drum piston to be closed through working water. And the test piece enters the test piece drum through the adjustable feed port to realize on-load operation of the test piece so as to simulate the on-site dynamic balance state, and the test piece drum is de-weighted or weighted according to the data of the sensor so as to realize dynamic balance adjustment. The oil circulation pipeline system is connected with a main shaft bearing seat of the separation dynamic balance device and used for lubricating a main shaft bearing, reducing friction, relieving abrasion and bringing out heat generated by friction in high-speed rotation through circulation oi
