Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a paving and pasting process of an integrated composite material transmission shaft in the technical field of composite material products, which comprises the following steps: step 1), paving and pasting a spigot ring: paving and pasting a carbon fiber prepreg at a position corresponding to the spigot ring on a mold; (2) paving an inner layer equal-thickness area, namely paving the whole carbon fiber prepreg from the flange plate on one side to the surface of the flange plate on the other side through the pipe section, so as to obtain an inner layer; and (3) outer layer thickening areas are laid, carbon fiber prepreg is laid on the surface of the inner layer from the positions of the pipe sections at the two ends to flange heads, and complete pipe sections at the two ends and flange plates are obtained. The noise and the energy loss of a transmission system can be reduced while the self weight of the overall structure is greatly reduced, and the anti-vibration performance is improved. |
