The waterproof modification device comprises an unwinding roller, a winding roller, a first waterproof modification assembly and a second waterproof modification assembly, the unwinding roller is used for placing aerogel felt to be subjected to waterproof modification treatment, and the aerogel felt is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged; the winding roller is used for winding the aerogel felt subjected to waterproof modification treatment; the first waterproof modification assembly is used for spraying hydrophobic reagent steam to the first surface of the aerogel felt; the second waterproof modification assembly is used for spraying hydrophobic reagent steam to the second surface of the aerogel felt.
