The amino acid sequence is shown as a sequence table SEQ ID NO: 1, and the nucleotide sequence is shown as a sequence table SEQ ID NO: 2. The OsJAB1 protein improves the oxidation resistance of a plant photosynthetic system and improves the salt stress tolerance of plants by regulating the stability of a key enzyme synthesized by a plant antioxidant vitamin C. Research results show that the OsJAB1 protein plays an important role in improving the salt stress tolerance of plants.
