Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sea anemone polypeptide toxin HC-K as well as a synthesis method and application thereof, relates to the technical field of polypeptide toxins, and aims to screen out short peptides HC-K01-HC-K05 which possibly have activity from a found sea anemone polypeptide library for chemical synthesis and biological activity research. Linear peptides of toxins HC-K01-HC-K05 are synthesized through an Fmoc solid-phase synthesis method, polypeptide toxins with a disulfide bond are synthesized through oxidation folding, and the oxidized peptides are prepared and purified through a high performance liquid chromatograph HPLC, analyzed and identified through mass spectrometry. The experiment of scavenging free radicals by adopting DPPH shows that the compound has good antioxidant activity. 本发明公开了紫点海葵多肽毒素HC-K及其合成方法和应用,涉及多肽毒素技术领域,本发明从已发现的紫点海葵多肽库中筛选出可能具有活性的短肽HC-K01~HC-K05进行化学合成和生物活性研究。通过Fmoc固相合成法合成毒素HC-K01~HC-K05的线性肽,经氧化折叠合成具有一个二硫键的多肽毒素,将氧化肽经高效液相色谱仪HPLC制备纯化、分析和质谱鉴定。采用DPPH清除自由基实验表明其具有良好的抗氧化活性。
