The method comprises the following steps: evaporating and concentrating the guanidinoacetic acid production waste liquid, adjusting the pH value, mixing the guanidinoacetic acid production waste liquid with humic acid and a mineral fertilizer, drying, and mixing with an amide nitrogen fertilizer or an ammonium nitrogen fertilizer to prepare the composite nitrogen fertilizer. The compound nitrogen fertilizer is prepared by recycling the guanidinoacetic acid production waste liquid, resource waste is effectively reduced, and the method is widely applied to the chemical fertilizer production and processing industry.
