The in-situ chemical foaming agent for the light sludge solidified soil comprises metal aluminum powder and non-metal compound composite particles/powder, aluminum powder particles are separated through non-metal compound particles, and the median particle size of the metal aluminum powder and the non-metal compound particles is smaller than or equal to 5 micrometers. Metal aluminum powder and non-metal compound composite particles/powder are used as in-situ chemical foaming agents and used for preparing the light sludge solidified soil, aluminum powder particles are fully separated by non-metal compounds through superfine grinding, and the light sludge solidified soil is prepared by means of the separation effect of the non-metal compound particles.
