Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of porous silicon dioxide colloidal spheres, and relates to the technical field of biological medicine, the method comprises the following steps: dissolving 2, 6-diaminopyridine in a mixed solvent, and dissolving by stirring; adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and ethylenediamine into the mixed solution, and sequentially adding tetraethoxysilane and glyoxal into the mixed solution; transferring the solution into a centrifugal tube, pouring away the supernatant, retaining the solid at the bottom of the centrifugal tube, and dispersing again with ethanol; and drying the obtained solid in a drying oven, etching with hydrofluoric acid, and centrifugally drying to obtain the porous silicon dioxide colloidal spheres.
