Siderite raw ore is crushed, a vibrating screen is adopted for dry classification after crushing, oversize products are returned to be crushed, dry magnetic separation tailing discarding is conducted on undersize products, and dry magnetic separation concentrate is obtained; carrying out magnetizing roasting on the dry magnetic concentrate, adding bituminous coal as a reducing agent in the roasting process, and carrying out water quenching cooling on magnetite obtained after roasting; the magnetite subjected to water quenching and cooling is subjected to ore grinding, wet magnetic separation is conducted after ore grinding, and magnetic separation tailings are final tailings; magnetic separation concentrate enters a magnetic field screening machine for separation, obtained tailings are returned for ore grinding, and obtained concentrate is a qualified iron ore concentrate product.
