Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tetrafluoroethane catalyst activity reduction method, which comprises the following steps: (1) oxidation: loading a catalyst to be regenerated into a regeneration reactor, introducing a certain amount of air into heated nitrogen, then entering the regeneration reactor, and reacting oxygen with carbon adsorbed on the surface of the catalyst to generate inorganic matters such as carbon dioxide and the like; (2) reduction: introducing a certain amount of hydrogen into the heated nitrogen, and then introducing the nitrogen into a regeneration reactor to reduce the partially oxidized catalyst; and (3) fluorination: introducing hydrogen fluoride into heated nitrogen for fluorination of the reduced catalyst, and then screening the regenerated catalyst.
