Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, in particular to application of a scutellaria baicalensis flavonoid extract in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting avian coronavirus, scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves are extracted with ethanol with the mass concentration of 50-70% as a solvent, and the obtained scutellaria baicalensis flavonoid extract can inhibit expression of S-gene and N-gene of avian infectious bronchitis; when the concentration of the scutellaria baicalensis stem and leaf extract is 512 mu g/mL or below, the cell activity can be kept at 80% or above, and the scutellaria baicalensis stem and leaf extract provides a new treatment thought for the infectious bronchitis. 本发明涉及生物医药技术领域,尤其涉及黄芩黄酮类提取物在制备抑制禽冠状病毒的药物中的应用,以质量浓度为50-70%的乙醇为溶剂对黄芩茎叶进行提取,获得的黄芩黄酮类提取物能够使能够抑制鸡传染性支气管炎S-gene和N-gene的表达;且黄芩茎叶提取物的浓度在512μg/mL以下时可以使细胞活性保持在80%以上,黄芩茎叶提取物为鸡传染性支气管炎提供了新的治疗思路。
